In it I illustrated Hanzo’s focus on 3 different types of self care: Body (Exercise/Eating well), Mind (Journaling/Self affirmation) and the Soul (Spending time with those you care about)
This project was v meaningful to me as I was going through my own struggles w depression at the time I was working on it. Self care is so important, pls take care and remember to give your body & mind what they deserve. Thank you to everyone who supported the project
